How to work with REPLACE function

To work with REPLACE function

1. Click on REPLACE in the EDIT menu.

   

2. Type in the KEYWORD that you want to FIND OUT, and also the KEYWORD to REPLACE with.
   

3. Click REPLACE ALL to replace all the keywords that you have entered.
   

4. FIND NEXT will find the next result.
