How to open A NEW PROJECT with FILE menu

To open A NEW PROJECT with FILE menu

1. Click on NEW from the FILE menu.
   

2. Select from different project categories, such as Block Diagram, Database, Flowchart, Forms and Charts, Internet Diagram, Map, Network Diagram, Office Layout, Organization Chart, Project Schedule, Software, or simply a Blank Drawing.
