How to DEFINE PROPERTIES in the diagram

To DEFINE PROPERTIES in the diagram

1. Type in the necessary information to be attached to your working diagram.
   

2. Provide information such as Title, Subject, Author name, Manager name, Company name, Category, Keywords to enable search, Description and Hyperlink base.
   

3. You can set the Preview option to None, First page or All pages. Check on draft or detailed quality.
   

4. Click ‘OK’ to finish.
